In the short 5 or 6 years that we had a townhome at University Heights, Ms. Cavicchia dealt favorably with pool construction that went well beyond the completion date, a screen door issue we encountered, a fence we erected and needed guidance on and, damage to my son’s car from the roofing contractor.
