AMG reminds community association leaders that it is illegal under the US Fair Housing Laws to adopt or enforce rules or policies that discriminate against people based on:

  • Color

  • Disability

  • Familial Status (i.e. children)

  • National Origin

  • Race

  • Religion

  • Sex
